As founder of Passport to Purpose, a professional and personal development company, Cathy has been helping individuals find more meaning and purpose in their lives and work. Cathy has developed a three-pronged system to help individuals identify their core attributes which is used to construct a powerful vision and plan for creating a more fulfilling life.
Fascinated with the job search process and wanting to be more than a successful resume writer, Cathy studied with Richard Bolles, author of What Color is Your Parachute?. Immediately upon graduation, Cathy and her business partner opened the Career Synergy Center (CSC), a comprehensive job and career center in Encino, California. She has worked with students and adults at Pierce College, CSUN, Ventura County Government, Conejo Valley Adult School, Carson One Stop, and the national outplacement firm Drake, Beam, Morin, Inc.
